Rubber Foam Filled Fenders are constructed with closed cell EVA or PE inner foam core, synthetic-tire-cord-rubber dipped layers outside and raw rubber layers skin. Rubber Foam Filled Marine Fenders are protected with chains and used tire nets which are called Cushion Type. Foam Fenders without chains and tire nets are called Guard Type. The design of foam filled fenders is highly regarded as the toughest marine rubber fenders in Chinese markets due to their resistance to environmental hazards such as extreme temperatures, hydrocarbons, fresh and salt water. Construction

• Rubber foam filled fenders are produced with heavy duty resilient closed-cell foam core. Advantage of this foam core is showing higher energy absorption and lower reaction force always especially when foam fenders skin are broken or punctured. Floating rubber foam fenders will be unsinkable without absorbing any water.

• Comprising through central tubes and external load distribution flanges at each end. All end fittings are hot-dip-galvanized.
